We accept payments by wire transfer to our bank account in Estonian Union Pank (Eesti Ühispank). We will mail you the account details and reference numbers in pro-forma invoice (order confirmation mail).

If the goods are in stock, we dispatch the orders arrived before 13.00 in same day, orders arrived later than 16.00 are being sent out in next day.
If we don't have your requested goods in stock, you can see the approximate delivery time in product info page.
After you have made the order, we confirm the availability of the goods. If if the delivery takes more time than usually, we will contact you by e-mail.
The delivery time will be counted from the moment when your payment has arrived to our bank account.
We use ELS Ekspress (Estonian Logistics Service) 14 delivery for all orders inside Estonia. You will receive parcels between 10.00 and 16.00 on working days or Saturday
We use Eesti Post (Estonian Postal Service) for deliveries outside the country. Next day couriers (DHL, TNT, ELS Ekspress) can be used as well, prices to be negotiated.
We accept wire transfer as the payment method, international credit card payments are not supported.
